As per Preamble of RTI Act & with an intent to foster Transparency &
accountability & penetrate RTI into masses , permission for Video Graphing
the Second Appeal Hearing ( scheduled on 15th June 2009 @ 11.30, property
decln )is sought from Mah SIC.
I had informed SIC that copy of recording would be given to PIO, Appl Auty &
SIC.
If I am not mistaken , recently, Lok Adalat had permitted the Video Graphing
in Delhi. Also ,the reason Video Graphing is not permitted in Hon Supreme
Court was many a times Hon Court passes some remarks in a dispute of
husband & wife which may not go well into masses.
Also we see Live Telecast of discussion in Parliament relating to India’s
Security .( Also there is a case Law A. F Hussain in the subject matter. ).
World has seen Saadam Hussain’s Trial on TV.
In its Third Report Mah SIC has mentioned that Maharashtra State is way ahead
in receiving RTI Applications& so on. Now it’s a time to take Call by SIC &
comply with the demand.
Trust compliance of Demand results in WIN WIN situation to Mah SIC, RTI
Applicant, PIO & Appl Auty & also compliance of demand would put an end
all allegations…
Question is "Would Mah SIC rise to the occasion ?"

Note: CPIO CIC had informed me that its Prerogative of Hon Commissioner to
permit Video Graphing. Hence I expect that Mah SIC do not pass the demand to
next meeting & if so I expect all ICs take RTI to its logical conclusion...
