Also at the hearing itself, you will have to play by ear and you may have to mellow your tone from the beginning and appear submissive to get your answers if you feel that that comm.voice is being raised and he appears frustrated at your questions, Probably with a little diplomacy it will work. As per the law ( papers sent to me by District Animal welfare Deputy Commissioner) only if the animal is found to be not useful or there is no possibility of the animal to be useful in future in terms of carrying load or yield of milk or reproduction then, after so certifieed by a Vet Doctor only,such animal can be sacrificed. I am asking reference in religious books where such qurbani of bulls , buffaloes ( baby & adults) is prescribed , I am also asking copy of certificates of doctors who have certified that these animals were fit for the sacrifice. Request suggestions , if any, that I should follow while attending the above hearing ? Shall I write to Police at Deonar, in advance, stating my purpose of visit to Abattoir & my worry about false case may be lodged against me?
