The Excellent Contribution of Gyanendra Sharma in killing the RTI Act is not a
hidden fact by any one of the group members. Have we forget the Petition of
Urvashi Sharma wherein all good deals ????? of this Hon;ble Commissioner were
highlighted. Not only his appointment is questionable like his real age,
information supplied in his biodata and others fact. As a journalist too he was
well known in Yellow Journalism and then seeking personal favours. Now he is
well known to threaten RTI activists openly, flouting the provisions of the Act
openly and making it a mockery.He is an official spokesperson of PIO's and ever
ready to protect them and guidingg them openly how to hoodwink the objectives
of the RTI Act. So can there be any better person than Gyanendra Sharma for
HALL OF SHAME AWARD.
