Sir, You are absolutely right, the only hing we can do is to give a memorandum to Governor who is responsible to appoint such a corrupt person. Even I am also against appointment of new CIC in UP. The post of CIC is judicial accordinly person from judiciary should be appointed in place of an IAS. The IAS are only corrupt person who calculate every gain in terms of money or undue favours.
