Thanks Trivendra saab earlier it happened to me the orders of SIC was not impliminted by SIC so i put complain u/s 18 of RTI act, 4 months no response, i then put an application to PIO of SIC office asking for progress report of my complains, it worked, you have given me good substance to put to PIO of SIC office i am a volunter at a helpline at Bandra mumbai for the past 3 years, if they can do this to me what more they can do to the common man who puts 2nd appeals and has no guidance, its high time theses jokers get kicked out. activists are putting the pressure for removal of CSIC Suresh Joshi who is a pawn at the hands of bereaucrats.
