Dear Pankti, 1) This is the RTI_India e-group (and not HumJanenge). Unlike HJ, this is an uncensored, unmoderated group where all posts are publicly accessible to anyone.
2) It is very curious that Arvind Kejriwals' (and someone else who I cannot recognise) photograph is now on the HumJanenge homepage in place of Masterji's with Anna. 3) The vast majority of NGOs are not Public Authority, and do not have to provide information to section 6 RTI applicants directly (or at all).
