CC: Mr Wajahat Habibullah, CIC, CIC, New Delhi. My second appeal is handled by you as Information Commissioner and personally pending with you. You gave me personal insurance on 12th September 2008, when I met you at your office and requested for hearing, that it was a simple case and you would clear it expediously. Ten months have passed thereafter when you have heard other cases and kept my case pending. It needs to be disposed off without further intentional delay. CC : CJI, Supreme Court, New Delhi. I wish to bring to your kind attention the fact that Mr Wajahat Habibullah, CIC, CIC, New Delhi, by pick and choose policy in taking up cases for hearing, is acting in an arbitrary, illegal & unethical manner. Further, on FILE NOTING cases, he issued notice to DoPT for some other case but for my pending case, he has preffered not to do and my RTI information has still remained pending. In view of such abuse of power by Mr Wajahat Habibullah to save CPIO and FAA of DoPT from getting punished, in larger public interest, matter may kindly be get investigated by Supreme Court in terms of the provision in the Right to Information Act 2005 at an early date.
