Hi, I filed my ITR last year. Registration was done online and then it was filed by Murali Associates in Bangalore. I submitted all the investment proofs. I have the reference number of tax filing but still I am waiting for refund. When I approached Murali associates, they replied me that they have filed return and nothing is pending from their side. Now I am totally lost as what to do in this situation. I am now posted in Gurgaon and my ITR filing location is Bangalore. Can you please guide me that now who will be responsible for refund?
