My dear Shikha, U please fill a RTI Application in IT Office,ask the deprtment about the fate of ur ITR, also aboutUR Refund.U will definitely get some reply. In case,if ur consultant,Murali Associates,is at fault,u can take any legal step. In any case,u will definitely get UR Refund.
