Good News IC(SM) former Secy/DoPT opted for what he thought was a cushy post retirement as IC/CIC. Returning from a long and well deserved holiday (at CIC expense) IC(SM) has taken a pragmatic decision which will gladden the heart of every RTI activist - "I will only hear upto 10 cases per day - the rest can be thrown in the dustbin (aka returned to Registry for necessary action) to keep my disposal figures down.."
