Dear Mr Sidharth, While using RTI, I came across one of the nicest bureaucrat Mr R N Das (Chief IC at GIC Gujarat - the LONE IC against permitted 11 ICs since inception and YET doing a fantastic job to help RTI applicants even by going out of the way for liberal interpretation of the Act). I am equally indebted to Mr P K Gera IAS Officer and the first Secretary CIC for his very helpful nature. He guided me a lot in submitting my 37 complaints / second appeals to CIC during 2005-06. 33 are lying with Prof M M Ansari (I saw with my own naked eyes) unregistered & unattended. On my meeting him personally and making a polite request has not helped me and the information on IOC Policies that I requested from IOC have not been received by me. Obviously, I would praise the acts of Mr P K Gera and criticise the acts of Prof Ansari. Further, Mr Wajahat Habibullah who himself is handling my second appeal against DoPT (wrongly denied info on FILE NOTING basis) and personally assured me on 12th September 2008 is ABUSING AUTHORITY and has preferred NOT TO TAKE UP for hearing while he has taken up other similar cases, I cannot afford to praise him. My request to DoPT has also not helped in getting the info I am entitled to. As the FIRST CIC of India, he needs to settle good example himself. However, what he has done and is doing is contrary to it. I have no personal experience of dealing with other ICs and I prefer NOT TO COMMENT anything about them. In non-RTI matter, I came across one corrupt crook IAS officer Mr Jitesh Khosla whom UPA Govt is protecting and despite my registered complaint of CVC with Mr Anurag Goel Secretary MCA GOI and DESPITE reference from the Vice President of India to him, he is not investigating the corrupt practices in BRPL-IOC amalgmation matter and not responding to me.
