Activism is fine. Yet, there is thin borderline that we sometimes fail to notice. Moderation in language and tone to lend more respectability to your message for example. Judiciary is known to overturning a large no. of decisions of lower authorities, sensing fullly the extraneous considerations that may have weighed down in pronouncing irrational decision. The restraint however is observed in quashing it. May I apppeal to my honourable colleague that same thing if stated in a lampooning manner will be more effective and deadly witty. Others tend to take your views as that of a serious person without personal bias and prejudics. I am positive that the logic of Mr. Sarbajit is 100% correct in terms of law. I also endorse his view and analysis. And as a colleague on the same side as he, would urge that he must rise above those small words that tend to pull him down to an ordinary level from a great motivated activist.
