Hi, Has anyone here filed a Writ in West Bengal HC on RTI answers?
Can u pls share ur exprience. Or any link or clue in this regard would be highly appreciated. My case : I asked certain questions to West Bangal Police under RTI Act Questions were like "Kindly provide me the info related to bla bla" The PIO's reply was bogus. Answers were something like "I ate apples today" nowhere related to questions asked. I appealed and then appealed again to the SIC West Bengal. West Bengal SIC requested the PIO to answer my querries in May 09. I again got bogus answers in July 2009. I now want to appeal in the HC. I have finally got a sample writ in the file section here. Thanks for uploading it. Now, has anyone here filed a Writ in West Bengal HC related to RTI? Any link or hint or clue would be highly appreciated. Thanks Niladri Das New Delhi
