Dear All, I want to know that if there is an 100% illegal Construction & the Concern Authority Person like Collectors & Chief Officer of Municpality are not taking effective steps on it after made a Civil Suite on builder & also not getting the Judgement by collector. So want to know How much TAT time is there to dispose this types of case in Collector Office & how to take steps on Collector & Chief Officer of Nagarpaika for delaying the process of case?
