The appellant is a charged with being foreign spy. He is nowbeing represented by more foreign funded intelligence fronts like N.C.P.R.I and C.H.R.I. who deputed Venktesh Nayak and Shekhar Singh to assist him. Can there be any better proof than this of his guilt. The CIC has rightly thrown all off their arguments and denied information.
