My dear Sunil Thanx for guiding me about downloading of High Courta Judgement.The interesting part in this judgement is that Court has set aside the Order of compensation awarded by CIC under Sec 19(8)(b) of RTI Act, and awarded a much higher amount of compensation (Rs.55,000.00) under its own discretion, which even the applicants may not have expected.
