The appellant has alleged that requested information vide his RTI application dated 25.01.2008 has not been furnished to him. Decision: 2. The CPIO is directed to furnish the information asked for by the appellant free of cost within 15 working days from the date of issue of this decision, as more than 30 days have already lapsed, failing which penalty proceedings u/s 20 (1) of the Act would be initiated. 3. The appellant is advised to resubmit a copy of the RTI application at the earliest to the concerned CPIO for his ready reference.
