1) You must submit a copy of your RTI request to the "concerned CPIO" immediately. You should also enclose a copy of IC(A)'s order and serve these on the PIO properly.
2) You may file an RTI to the CPIO of DoPT asking to be properly informed of IC(A)'s birthdate, age, etc alongwith the copy of records on which the PIO has based his reply.
