I had been trying find out the status of my complaints/2nd appeals lodged with
CIC office on his websitehttp://cic.gov.in/ underCheck Status of RTI Complaints
/ Appeals’ from time to time in the past.
I had submitted the following complaints/2nd appeals pertaining to Employees
Provident Fund Organization (Ministry Of Labour & Employment) to CIC office
during the last one year:

It is therefore obvious that CIC is not keeping his website updated and hence
it is not providing the desired information to us citizens. Thus not only is
the information given against my first two cases as on 02.10.09 wrong, since
they were already decided after the hearing held on 21.07.09, the information
about the remaining three complaints/2nd appeals submitted by me on 08.07.09,
03.09.09 and 27.08.09 respectively and pending for action in CIC office is not
given at all even until today ie 02.10.09.
I have already written a letter to CIC requesting him to ensure that his
website is duly updated from time to time. The members of this group may also
like to visit this site and pressurize CIC to ensure that it is updated from
time to time.
