Commission decided that Information Commissioner Professor M. M. Ansari, chair the first Technical Session. It further desired that the speakers of the first Technical Session circulate the major recommendation to the audience in advance. Commission also desired that Sh. L. C. Singhi present a perspective of "RTI & other Laws in India" in the last technical session of 13.01.2009. Sh. Shekhar Singh be requested to provide a copy of his presentation to the panelists in advance. Commission directed that a brochure of the articles / documents / research paper on RTI be brought out by the Commission preferably before the proposed Convention, 2009."
