Dear Suresh I asked for "official documents" and not newspaper reports of what someone allegedly said.
Incidentally, Mr Consul's office has commincated to me that no meeting took place between him and Aruna Roy / Shekhar Singh etc. as claimed in the press release and news stories. I have asked to be allowed to inspect the concerned entry / appointment / visitors books for the period - and also the communications if any with the PIB concerning all this. His office did, however, confirm that these persons met the MoS Mr. Chavan but Mr Consul was not present.
