Thanks for your message. U are right in ur thought regarding the inaction
of the IC in penalising PIO/FAA . The RTI Act should be carried out in full
swing to give justice to the common and lay people. i am sure this will help
all , particularly those practising RTI. We should all form a union to
assist all concerned in the issue. In my view , as yet no club has been
formed in the line that u have formed mentally. We can be pioneer to many in
the line . The website should contain all names statewise to take up the
cause before all . We can charge some nominal fees in the matter . That will
give us more strength to act in a unified manner.
