Friends, Attached is the 4(1)(b) of the Kendra Parihara Samiti, Karnatak (Central Relief Committee) for administartion of the Karnatak Prohibition of Beggary Act, 1975. We received this in response to an RTI application.This document is received only over email from CRC! (Is our govt. system changing??!!) Prima facie it appears that this 4(1)(b) document was compiled only after our application. In the covering letter (also attached), it is stated that CRC is taking steps to publish this 4-1-b in the Karnatak Gazette and 'website' now! Prima facie it also appears that this document may not be in conformance with the requrements of the RTI Act and other guidelines. Your comments and suggections are welcome.
