We received this in response to an RTI application. This document is received only over email from CRC! (Is our govt. system changing??!! ) Prima facie it appears that this 4(1)(b) document was compiled only after our application. In the covering letter (also attached), it is stated that CRC is taking steps to publish this 4-1-b in the Karnatak Gazette and 'website' now!
