[rti_india] In CIC online complaints system---whether signed copy also to be sent to cic

Dear Sh.Sarbajit Royji and all,

      I filed complaint online in cic website on 10-12-09.Today , when I 
checked its current status, It is showing message "signed copy awaited".

 Please suggest whether it is really necessary for compaints.
