Dear Sh.Manoj Pai,

    Happy New Year 2010

Thanks for identifying the problem.I have not sent the signed copy to cic by
assuming it to be online system.

If we need to send signed copy, then what is the specific advantage to us
OVER USUAL BY SPEEDPOST/REGD MAIL.

After filing the complain / 2nd appeal online, did you download a pdf file from
the site? You need to sign the print out of this file and send it to CIC.

Best wishes for 2010

Dear Sh.Sarbajit Royji and all,

I filed complaint online in cic website on 10-12-09.Today , when I checked its
current status, It is showing message "signed copy awaited".

Please suggest whether it is really necessary for compaints.

With regards
Manoj K.Kamra
