Dear LESLIE ALMEIDA Just file another application to ask,(1) how the fee for certification is has been arrived at Rs. 25/- (take complete calculation) (2) whether the department is a profit making body or a socialistic authority. If it is profit making body, why taxpayers money should be given to them.
Arrange to take some snaps of late commers in the department and ask how much money has to be deducted from their salary for using official time for their personal use. In case the department,s productivity is so high, please ask how many person chew tobacco, how many person smoke in this department and how much money should be deducted from their salary for using official time for personal use using the same formula of calculation and time value of money.
