To assist Raja (who as a fully paid up NCPRI life member should know all this anyway) I provided the link - in English and Marath - to the correct addresses of each and every PIO of Mumbai Police. The Angrez have left leaving Raja behind. Today when the Mumbai Postal Workers Union will not deliver a letter addressed to "Bombay" why should they take cognisance of :"Crawford Market" even if it is standing in front of them ? Anyway the market has been renamed as Mahatma Jyotiibhai Phule Market for a very long time.
