Mr Sarbajit,

Sec 24 ONLY ALLOWS that information that is related to Human Rights or
Corruption issues. Nowhere does it say that all issue not pertaining to
security or national interests can be disclosed by these organisations.

This Dharmendra is going a bit too far.

      Another thing

If we compare the approach of our "best" IC with that of
Habibullah and SN Mishra on the identical question of DRDO

We find that Mr H has wrung his hands like Pontius Pilate,
and Mishra has taken the babu's way out by saying "not

possible under Rules saar".

but our group hero has bashed down all the doors like
Dharmendra in his prime and is waiting for some
'mard ka baccha' to challenge him.

The real point you are missing in all these decisions is

"THIS Commission in a series of decisions has held ..."

One thing you can be sure about is that IC(MLS) is

very well prepared if the DRDO takes him to Court.
