Dear All, I am using RT 3.8.8 and RTIR 2.4.4. I am getting this error when I try to access tickets in the investigation queue: Assertion rx->sublen >= (s - rx->subbeg) + i failed: file "regcomp.c", line 5098 at /opt/rt3/share/html/Elements/MakeClicky line 162.
Any information about solution for this error.
