Hi there,
When I launch an investigation and hit reply, there is an option to
"Attach Reports" and it does what it says, it does attach the report to
the message. BUT as far as I can see, afterwards there is no way of
knowing if you've attached it or not.
Is this a "feature", or do you guys know of any way to show that the
report was in fact attached?
PS. I'm running RT 4.0.6, RTIR 3.0.0rc1
