I do fully agree too.

I am exactly in the same situation.

The various benchmarking I made with RTL recently (Remember the `scheduler
latency' thread a couple of days ago?) have PROVEN that RTL is worth being
considered.

Now, the concept of kernel patch is not really appealling to industrial
managers.

So, the question is now:

"What will it take to have RTL patch in the mainstream kernel ?"
