You are using binary driver from M-System. Are you sure they are RT-compliant
(no hard cli() instructions)? If they are disabling interrupts while
accessing their chip, even the highest priority RT task may be blocked. You
would need to get this driver compiled with RT-Linux sources installed.
You may try to use objdump -d on the module to check for cli() sti().
