Your best bet would be http://www.debian.org or http://www.jp.debian.org

Also, you can find at least 4 Japanese magazines with monthly features
dedicated to debian linux :

   Unix Magazine
   Unix World
   Linux Japan
   Open Design

Pacific HiTech may make Japanese oriented installation easier, but
debian is the light and the way.  At almost 300.00yen for shrink wrapped
box of PHT's latest Linux distribution, I would suffer though a little
bit of the eigo install and customize for Japanese later.  You'll be a
stronger person for your effort.

I'm sure there's a Linux Users Group for your area (Tokyo).  Drop in and
geek up on the latest Linux stuff.
