Since I wrote the manual (or irs beginning), I can send you any format
you want (well, mostly). I used LyX and sgmltools support to generate
sgml, so I can send .lyx, .sgml, .tex, .ps, .html ... .

For the beginning I send Robert the *.ps file.

Anybody out here who wants to write some more on it ?
