I'm makeing "The Hard Real Time Communication Strucuture".
It runs upon Ethernet (and be nearly finished). :)

I hope that 
it can be used to control parallel and distributed robots systems.
But I have no solution of synchronization between nodes.

If you have a good idea, please tell me.

I had some misunderstanding about "the management of the time"
Now, I understand about it.  I collected them.  

        1. 
        The timer chip does not manage the time.
        Quartz crystal oscillator does.

        2.
        Crystals can't have the exact same frequency
        The amount of drift is unique between any two crystals.

        3.
        The solution:
        To use NTP and GPS.
        To determine the difference in frequency.
        To use a single clock to generate a hardware interrupt.
        Etc... etc...
