I think everyone has the right to change its mind over the time and also
when you
invent something, it doesn't mean you are the only one how invented it.
(thats why I don't understand US patents for one-click and many others)

I still don't understand how RTAI could be called hard-real time when
there are no kernel modification - CLI/STI are the enemies and I would
like to know how they are handled in RTAI. What happens when
SBLive driver calls spinlock_irq_safe ??
