IRQ conflict between the NICs? Check /proc/interrupts vs.
/proc/xenomai/irq (sorry, RTAI people may help me with the related entry
name), the RT-NIC IRQ must not be re-used by some Linux device.

This is a general requirement of any mix RT / non-RT system: IRQ lines
must be separated for a deterministic design, sharing is only feasible
within each domain.
