The resolution of rtping is in nanoseconds, but only the first position
after the decimal point is printed. If you want the full value, modify
the rtping tool.

But when looking for worst-case numbers this way, note that hardware and
software provide you only a timing accuracy in the order of microseconds
(actually, several tens of them).
