The rtnet start script aims at full RTmac/TDMA + RTcfg setups. The only
exceptions are "rtnet capture" (passive sniffing) and "rtnet loopback"
(hardware-less local testing). Any other setup requires manual loading
and configuring, but that should be fairly trivial.
