Hi,

I have to connect my real-time network nodes with a hub that is only capable of 10Mbps and half-duplex. My Realtek network cards do not recognize that and always start in 100Mbps / full-duplex mode. So no packets are transmitted. Is there any possibility to bring the real-time network adapter up in 10Mbps / half-duplex mode? I had a look at rt_8139too.c and found the parameter description: MODULE_PARM_DESC(media, "8139too: Bits 4+9: force full duplex, bit 5: 100Mbps");
But I am not quite shure what to do with that...

Jan
