yeah thanks, I tried it last week and it works. By the way, to get a link on my networking card I had to set it to half-duplex using mii- tool at first while my non RT driver was loaded. Then loading the RT driver worked and I could send packets over RTnet ;-) Just if someone else needs to use some older hubs...

you can also use insmod, which can load modules by path.
