Please also send me your kernel .config - there are a few things I would
like to check. While waiting on my response then (i'm becoming slower
and slower, I know...), you could try to disable CONFIG_XENO_OPT_SHIELD,
and CONFIG_XENO_OPT_TIMING_PERIODIC, also enable
CONFIG_XENO_OPT_TIMER_LIST in case it isn't. That's just to reduce noise
of non-standard configs.

About your trace (which is still too huge for the public list... bz2?):
Around +1300 us the Sync frame is received and the following line are
supposed to schedule the slot usage at further 500 us down the timeline,
ie. at ~1800 us. There is a periodic clock tick obviously at 900, 1900,
and 2900 us, but nothing extraordinary at 1800 - and that's weird, that
may need to be analysed in more details next.

500 us is far from being expected to cause problems.
