Please also send me your kernel .config - there are a few things I would like to check. While waiting on my response then (i'm becoming slower and slower, I know...), you could try to disable CONFIG_XENO_OPT_SHIELD, and CONFIG_XENO_OPT_TIMING_PERIODIC, also enable CONFIG_XENO_OPT_TIMER_LIST in case it isn't. That's just to reduce noise of non-standard configs. About your trace (which is still too huge for the public list... bz2?): Around +1300 us the Sync frame is received and the following line are supposed to schedule the slot usage at further 500 us down the timeline, ie. at ~1800 us. There is a periodic clock tick obviously at 900, 1900, and 2900 us, but nothing extraordinary at 1800 - and that's weird, that may need to be analysed in more details next. > > I still remember that Gilles has mentioned about the offset cannot be too > small for AT91. 500 us is far from being expected to cause problems.
