The way to configure RTnet via rtnet.conf and the startup script is
unfortunately limited to one RT NIC only. You will have to set up the
other manually - or by extending the existing mechanism.

Did you set up RTcap (see related README.rtcap) and attached to the
rtethX pseudo network interface under Linux?
