[sorry for the double message, but i believed that it had not arrived, beacuse 
i can't find it in the archives of rtnet site: the last message I can see in 
the rtnet-users archive, is dated 2009-10-28]

The negative value of the 
function rt_dev_setsockopt is "-92", while the value of rt_dev_sendto is 
"-113".
Instead, the normal functions setsockopt and sendto, works fine.
