Hallo Nabanjan,

Verify if the pci-id is supported by the driver. Maybe your chipset is not
recognized by the driver because it's too new. Did you also tried the new
e1000 driver (the one in the experimental directory) : there are 2 configure
options : --enable-e1000 and  --enable-e1000-new.
