I am not the one in charge or releasing rtnet, just Xenomai. A
release of Xenomai will happen in due time (at least not before
Xenomai over Linux 3.16 is fixed, because it currently has some
issues). And as I said, Xenomai 2.x does not have priority anyway,
it is not like if there was hundreds of developers maintaining
xenomai.
