I am unable to load Ruby Gems using NetBeans In the NetBeans IDE I select Tools - RubyGems this causes my computer to churn for a long time and after a few minutes I get the message "Nothing Found" and checking furher I find that Gems was not loaded. I checked the paths to gems and everything seems to be in order. My proxy setting is set to NO Proxy. I do not understand the proxy settings. Do I have to set the poxy settings and if so where can I learn how to do this
