rubygem-mocha 2.1.0 in Rawhide

The rubygem-minitest 5.19 landing in Rawhide forced me to update rubygem-mocha to the latest version to fix the compatibility. While it fixes the minitest compatibility, it also creates its own incompatibilities.

One of the is the removal of the deprecated `mocha/setup` file, which used to the standard entry point in the past. This namely breaks: * rubygem-uuid: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rubygem-uuid/pull-request/1

* rubygem-rack-cors: https://github.com/cyu/rack-cors/pull/266
