Okay, you are wrong :)
In Run => Run .. => Ruby application => "you config here" =>
(x)Arguments ... you can add interpreter arguments and application
arguments.

It seems to fit you need :) I only talk about pure RDT on a 3.2
eclipse platform. I don't use radrails myself.
